Chef Giorgio has been working with some of the best chefs & two stars Michelin in Rome and around Italy , he started his early career as an incredible Pizza chef he landed in San Francisco five Years ago were he launched several Italian restaurant . Recently he moved to San Diego were he felt in love with Coronado & Became business partner of NADO REPUBLIC with the intent to create one of the best Italian restaurant in San Diego .
